Angelina accompanied Brad Pitt to the Berlin premiere of Benjamin Button decked all out in winter white and her hair swept up in an asymmetrical chignon.  Now, while asymmetrical chignon may be all the rage, I don’t think that it does Angelina any justice.  In fact, I think it ages her.  She looks down right matronly and not like the glamorous movie star that is to be expected on a red carpet.

Angelina also wore a singel, lattice fishtail earring.  I’m on the fence with the whole one earring thing.  I never really got why someone would only wear one prominent earring.  But I guess, in this case, it’s the balance out the look.  Hmmm…well, I guess it works.

One thing that I did like, was the makeup.  Now, in other pictures of her that I saw, the eye makeup looked a lot smokier, but in this picture I think she looks great.  I love the makeup in this picture.

In the end, she took a risk with the asymmetrical chignon and the one earring.  Risks, in this case, fashion risk, don’t always pay off though.   So what do you think, did it pay off for Angelina?  Fab or drab?
