Cutout booties are all the rage this spring such as these Giuseppe Zanotti Multi Strap High Heel Sandal ($795).  Aren’t they to die for?  I absolutely love them.  Now only if I had $800 to spare.  One can only wish.  

Cutout booties are the best of both worlds – booties and sandals.  They are perfect for transitioning from Winter to Spring or from Summer to Fall since they are multi-seasonal.  This trend initially started during the Spring/Summer season of ’08, but it’s still going strong.  So if you haven’t gotten yourself a pair, it’s not too late yet.  This shoe will easily take you from season to season.

They can be worn with dresses, skinny jeans, shorts, etc – the possibilities are endless.  If it’s a bit cold out, you can wear colorful tights or if you want to look taller and skinner go monochromatic and match your tights to your shoes.
