Makeup artist Dawn Broussard kept Emma Roberts makeup simple at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards.  Good thing, too, since she was wearing a Monique Lhuillier dress with a heavily embellished neckline.  The focus was all on the eyes, with sparkly gold shadows and winged-out black eyeliner.  Everything else was kept simple and natural.  Here’s what was used:
