I was inspired by Tina’s beautiful eyes and black beaded overlay dress to do a slightly smokey elongated eye, and keep the lips and cheeks soft and pretty. — Kara Yoshimoto Bua, makeup artist

John Frieda stylist Harry Josh created a disheveled Grecian-inspired updo for Rose Bryne last Sunday. Here’s the breakdown:
1. Work John Frieda Luxurious Volume Bountiful Body Mousse into wet hair
2. Blow dry using a boar-bristle brush
3. Curl hair with a 3/4″ barrel curling iron
4. Pull hair into a ponytail at the crown of her head and put into a high bun

Frederic Fekkai stylist Renato Campora created an updo for Anna Paquin after being the inspired from the Alexander McQueen dress she wore. “The dress is very strong, and I wanted to show off her shoulders and neck,” explained Campora. Here’s how to get the look:
1. Work Fekkai Full Blown Volumizing Styling Whip onto damp hair
Kyra Sedgwick
We absolutely love the dusty rose color and the textured chiffon Monique Lhuillier gown. The styling was also fantastic. And she won her first Emmy to boot! Woo whoo!
Claire Danes
Claire sparkled beautifully in an Armani Prive number. Although the column sparkly dress has been done numerous times, the mermaid silhouette and train added a new element.
Jennifer Carpenter
Jennifer looked fantastic in the gunmetal gray Oday Shakar gown. Love the color!
Jayma Mays
Jayma looked fresh and fabulous in a classic Burberry Prorsum gown. The ruffles kept the look from being too mundane. The gold accessories were a perfect finishing touch.
Dianna Agron
Dianna went for a romantic belle of the ball look with a Carolina Herrera gown and it totally worked for her.
Heather Morris
Heather opted for a glam look with a sequined Ina Soltani column gown.
Lea Michele
The birthday girl wore a navy ruffled Oscar de la Renta. The gown was similar to her Glee co-star Jayma Mays, but Lea’s had A LOT more drama. Her Lorraine Schwartz necklace was the perfect complement to the look.
Rose Bryne
The Damages star rocked a Grecian gown. The white Gucci column gown was accented with gold trims. We’re not really a fan of her wild updo, but it worked with the outfit.
Heidi Klum
Heidi likes it short and tight. So the Marchesa mini was not a big surprise. She looks incredible, can you believe she’s a mother of four? Wow!
Nina Dobrev
The Vampire Diaries actress wowed in a figure hugging Zuhair Murad.
Julie Benz
Julie looked amazing in a white silk one shoulder Pamella Roland. The beaded cut-out hip detail kept the gown from being too simplistic.
noneMindy Kaling
The Office star and writer looks like a prom bomb.
Rita Wilson
Rita’s Prada dress looks like either fisherman’s net or chainmail – either way, it wasn’t looking too hot. We’re also not a fan of her lucite heels.
Lo Bosworth
Lo got a Mad Men inspired makeover from E! But the look was underwhelming. The shift dress was ill-fitting and the hair was atrocious.
Stephanie Pratt
Like Lo, Stephanie’s Mad Men makeover didn’t work. And the dress was certainly not an Emmy dress.
Naya Rivera
Glee‘s Naya Rivera dressed big – as in big hair, big dress – but the results were a big disaster.
Sofia Vergara
Sofia is a beautiful woman, but her Carolina Herrera dress was just okay. It wasn’t really great or really bad. Although the dark line down the middle of the dress reminded me of the underside of a reptile. It felt like the Modern Family actress was phoning it in, we wish she would have brought it. Here’s hoping for next time.
Lauren Graham
The billowy top was way too lose and did no favor to her figure, it made her look broader than she really is. We love Lauren Graham, but we don’t love Lauren Graham in this dress.
Toni Collette
Does Toni’s Valentino dress remind anyone else of Elizabeth Bennett? Cause it totally reminded us of Elizabeth Bennett trekking over to Netherfield to see her Jane who has taken ill. When Elizabeth arrives, the bottom hem of her dress and socks are covered with mud, much to the dismay of Caroline Bingley and Mrs. Hurst. Anyone? Okay we admit it, we’re lit geeks, haha (and big fans of Pride & Prejudice).
Anyways, Toni’s dress wasn’t really bad per se, but it just looked like she walked through mud and dirt – not really a good look.
January Jones
Last year, January knocked it out of the park. This year? Not so much. We’re not crazy about the bust area, it kinda looks like coffee filters. Her bedhead look didn’t work with the Versace dress.

Prince Nikolaos of Greece and Denmark wed Tatiana Blatnik on the Greek isle of Spetses. The bride, who is an event planner for Diane von Furstenberg in London, wore a strapless sweetheart lace Angel Sanchez gown. The gown had a soft A-line skirt made of 40 meters of French Chantilly. Tatiana also wore a Chantilly hand embroidered bolero and of course what every princess bride needs…a crown.
Nikolaos, 40, and Blatnik, 29, said “I do” at St. Nicholas Church in front of 380 guest, which included various European royalty.
Nikolaos is the second son and third child of King Constantine II of Greece and Ann-Marie of Denmark. The Greek monarchy was abolished in 1974, by referendum.
