These Guiseppe Zanotti heels has been spotted on several red carpets. But the $341.17 price tag (and that’s already 47% off!) might be a little too much for us mere mortals who don’t have the same paycheck as celebs. But they’re oh so cute! That’s why I was pleasantly surprised when I spotted a pair of shoes at Forever 21 that is the long lost twin of the Zanotti heels, but cost only $24.80. I can’t seem to find them at the Forever 21 site, but I’ve seen them in two different Forever 21’s, so your local store is probably carrying them also.
(Sorry the pictures aren’t that great, took them with my iphone and the lightening was kinda bad, so you can’t really see the details that well.)

It seems as if Bebe has taken inspiration from the Balmain’s Fall 2009 collection.
Bebe’s sequin striped party dress ($179) closely resembles Balmain’s sequin strapless dress. The only real difference is that one is strapless and the other one is not.
Another one of Bebe’s dress also bears a striking resemblance to Balmain’s. The strapless sequin train dress is eerily similar to the one that walked down the Balmain Fall 2009 runway.

Love the Marc by Marc Jacobs Joelle Scalloped dress, but can’t afford the $458 price tag or can’t find it anywhere cause it’s sold out? I have the same problem. Lucky for us, BB Dakota offers a near identical dress for only $75. The only thing missing from the BB Dakota Sassy dress is the bow. It’s perfect for the summer, don’t you think?

Now if you had your eye on Stella McCartney’s Mesh Sandal ($595), but you just don’t have six hundred buckaroos or so to splurge on a pair of trendy, but oh-so-cute sandals, well, it’s you’re lucky day! Bebe’s Lizzy Mesh Sandal ($139) is practically the same shoe. The only difference is that the Bebe one has a patent leather finish. Oh yeah, and the price is a fraction of the Stella sandal. Also, the Bebe one comes in turquoise as well as black, just in case you want a fun color for the summer.

The Jimmy Choo Glenys Sandals are all over Hollywood right now. They are total on trend right now, with cutout booties being all the range. It’s in every fashionista closet or at the very least, on her wish list. In fact, Nicky Hilton was wearing this very sandal the other day. But alas, I don’t have a Hollywood’s actress or an heiress bank account – at least not yet
. So I can only lust for the $1,036 shoes from afar.
Well, the fashion Gods must be smiling down on me, because I have just come across Jimmy Choo Glenys Sandals’s long lost twin. The Go Jane Strappy Patent Zipper Decor Heels is practically near identical to the Jimmy Choos, but without the hefty price tag. The Go Jane heels retails for $19.70 – that’s a savings of $1,016.30! Think of all the other goodies you can get with all the dough you save.

Marc Jacobs is offering a bright blue silk tulip skirt as part of his 2009 Resort Collection. Cute, right? And sexy too. Who wouldn’t want it as a part of her wardrobe? Well, the hefty price tag of $850 might make you think twice about purchasing this piece, especially in this economic climate. Well, Chalotte Russe is offering a more affordable version of the skirt. The Charlotte Russe Satin Skirt is practically the same skirt, right down to the elastic waistband, contrasting black trim, and asymmetrical slit. The only real difference between the skirts are the prices – the Charlotte Russe one is only $23.

So the other day, I did a celebrity style breakdown that featured the Nanette Lepore Gin Sling Floral Sheath dress. The dress is currently marked down at Bloomingdales from $335.00 to $234.50. If you love the style, but the price is out of your price range, then try the Pleated Bodice Fall Watercolor dress from Bebe. At $129.00, you’ll be spending about $100 less for a very similar dress.
